Welcome to another personal letter, hopefully inspiring you to get those creative juices going and tackle a project. It is amazing how many advantages there are in practicing hobbies.
· It helps to relieve stress by keeping you engaged in something you enjoy.
· Hobbies give you a way to take your mind off the stresses of everyday life.
· The Importance of Hobbies For Health
· They give you permission to take a break.
· They create healthy social connections.
· They challenge you in a good way.
· They can keep you fit.
· They make you better at your job.
· They ward off depression.
I never realized just how healthy it is to practice my hobbies. So, I am going to follow doctor's orders. lol Happy Stitching Annemarie

Looking at the many advantages of traveling First Class vs Economy Class, this story warms the heart even more. Imagine the joy of a mother with a very sick baby, supposed to travel economy class, getting the opportunity to travel First Class because a kindhearted stranger thought she deserved that seat more than he does.
Kelsey Rae Zwick was flying from Orlando to Philadelphia with baby Lucy so she could be treated at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. In a Facebook post Kelsey said she had boarded the American Airlines flight with Lucy, and they were making themselves comfortable when they were approached by a flight attendant.

I have wonderful memories of the family making jam when the peach season was at its height. We had many Yellow Cling Peach trees in our garden and they would yield buckets full of delicious peaches. And this is where my trip down memory lane begins.
On a specific day the family would pick these bucket fulls of peaches and take them to the veranda. There we sorted the peaches for jam or to be laid into Mason jars. The peaches for jam had to be peeled and sliced. Then it was off to the pots to boil for hours.

We all face hard times at one stage or another in our lives. And it is very difficult to be positive when you are negative. So why not create a "Gratitude Journal" to help you change negativity into a positive attitude when you need it most? A gratitude journal is a diary of things for which one is grateful. Gratitude journals are used by individuals who wish to focus their attention on the positive things in their lives.
