Cant use it because it is not a VP3.

Thank you so much for letting us know, and I'm so sorry for the frustration this caused you!
Good news — your design does include a VP3 format, it's just tucked in near the bottom of the file list. All of our designs come in multiple formats (ART, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PCS, PES, VIP, VP3, and XXX), and since they're sorted alphabetically, VP3 lands near the very end — an easy one to miss!
To save you the hunt, I've sent the VP3 file directly to your email so you can get stitching right away.
