Missing embroidery

I opened file and there is a blank eyeglass case with no embroidery design.

Thank you for letting us know, and I'm sorry for the confusion this caused!
That blank eyeglass case image is actually just the mockup/preview showing what the finished project looks like — the actual embroidery design file is a separate file in your download (the .DST, .PES, etc. depending on your machine). It sounds like the preview image may have opened instead of the stitch file itself.
