Help and FAQ - All about Refunds and Exchanges

Because designs are digital, we can’t offer returns or refunds once an order is placed. We will gladly replace a corrupt or faulty file or supply a different machine format at no charge. Please contact us within 3 days of purchase at sybrand@astitchahalf.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to reply within 1 business day. Accidental duplicate orders may be refunded or exchanged for a gift certificate at our discretion if reported within 3 days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days.
