Help and FAQ - How do I download my designs?

Great news! We've upgraded our website to make downloading your designs easier than ever.

What's improved:

  • All file formats are now included in a single zip file
  • Your purchase history is organized and easy to navigate
  • Downloads are more streamlined and user-friendly

How to access your designs:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click on your account name (next to the log out button)
  3. Browse your past orders with convenient sorting options
  4. Click "Go to my Downloads" in the top right corner
  5. Download your complete zip file with all formats included

You'll have 5 downloads available per order, and you can access your designs anytime from this page.

Important note: 

Our new system applies to orders from December 1, 2025 onward. Unfortunately, the upgraded software isn't compatible with our previous system, so older download links can't be transferred.

Please save these files carefully:

Store them in a dedicated folder on your computer
Create a backup copy on an external drive or cloud storage (like Google Drive or Dropbox)
Label the folder clearly so you can find it easily

Going forward, if files from older orders need to be resent, we'll need to charge a small admin fee ($20) to cover the time involved in locating and preparing them.
We know keeping track of digital files can be tricky, so we're happy to help you get organized this time! If you'd like any tips on setting up a good backup system, just let us know.
