I got to color change 3. The needle started stitching 4cm below where it should. I closed and reloaded. It didn’t work

Thank you so much for the detailed description, and I'm sorry you ran into this!
That kind of shift mid-design is almost always caused by the hoop shifting slightly or the fabric/stabilizer moving during a color change, rather than an issue with the file itself — but I'd love to take a proper look and rule that out completely. I've sent you an email so we can go through it together (which machine and hoop size you used, and whether it happened at the exact same spot if you re-tried it).
Whatever the cause turns out to be, I'll make sure you leave with a design that stitches out perfectly for you.
