Dear Razi, thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on our Golden Gardeners Clock design. I completely understand your frustration about the jump stitches - that would definitely be concerning to see when you're excited to start a new project!
The good news is that what you're seeing in your embroidery software may not reflect what will actually stitch out. Many embroidery programs display connection stitches and short moves as jump stitches in the preview, but these often stitch as running stitches or trims only where truly necessary during actual embroidery.
Before you start your project, I'd recommend:

Checking if your software has a 'realistic preview' or 'stitch simulator' mode
Running a small test section to see the actual stitch behavior
Ensuring the file format matches your machine (DST, PES, JEF, etc.)

If you do find excessive jump stitches during actual stitching, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly. We stand behind our designs and want to ensure you have a great embroidery experience. We can provide troubleshooting help or discuss other solutions.
